A magificent passage through the canyon of Chrousia and final destination to Kalarrytes, The communication path of two historical towns until the end of the past century was the passage from the turkish to the greek terrain (Syrrako was liberated later than Kalarryted did) and was guarded by the Turkish.

A larger passage than the previous, ideal for experienced climbers. It can be combined also with a visit to both monasteries, this of Viliza and that of Kipina.

The route is of difficulty III and its duration is 2 hours.

The route combines wild landscape, many springs and waterfalls, as well as the beautiful Arachthos Gorge! Children from 12 years of age can participate in this route.

All the equipment for the activity is provided by our specialized partners (uniforms, shoes, raincoats, life jackets, helmets, etc.)

Length of canyon 4 hours, hiking 1 hour.
Stavraetos or Bozia canyon is located just below the village of Syrrako. The route starts gently without difficulty with small 7-12 meter waterfalls and walking intervals. At the point where the canyon intersects the Chrusia gorge, a 48 meter waterfall is created and then continues with four other 8-18 meters waterfalls with impressive sloping rocks and deep lakes.

The Paradise Gate is one of the best gorges in Greece.
The route continues with river trekking in the Kalaritiko River.
